Meet Dr. Jeff

Husband. Father. Faith Leader. Community Servant.
Jeffree Fauntleroy Sr. (“Dr. Jeff”) began his lifelong commitment to service at a young age, attending political rallies with his mother. She instilled in him a deep sense of civic duty that continues to guide his work today.

After graduating high school in New Jersey, Jeffree Fauntleroy Sr. joined the police force, serving more than 25 years in law enforcement. During that time, he developed a strong belief in building community trust and the importance of accessible mental health and counseling services.

His experience included:
  • Hostage negotiations
  • Providing logistical support for the U.S. President and foreign dignitaries in coordination with the U.S. Secret Service
  • Building community relationships through public safety work

While still in law enforcement, Dr. Jeff became a pastor—an experience that led to him being featured in the documentary "American Babylon," an intimate look at his efforts to strengthen his community.
